Join us every Saturday for Sip and Sauna at Within Reach Therapeutic Services! This special event is the perfect way to unwind and connect with the community while enjoying the benefits of our sauna sessions and delicious, health-focused refreshments.

Each week, we’ll feature a different wellness topic, offering insights and tips to help you live your healthiest life. Whether it’s mindfulness, nutrition, or the benefits of stretching, there’s always something new to learn and explore.

Our stretching studio equipment will also be available for use, so you can enjoy a full range of wellness activities, from gentle stretches to restorative poses, all designed to complement your sauna experience.
